Working Artists Initiative is about helping artists form strong creative studio habits within a supportive, like-minded community. Together, with other artists of differing disciplines, we commit to our own process of making art, however that fits in for the individual.  In each meeting, artists share progress, renew commitments and respond with curiosity to each other’s work (not a critique format). We check in with one another in person every other week, for a total of 7 meetings.

Ono Society Creative

Join me in a studio gathering space for 6 weeks (optional pairing with the off weeks of Working Artist Initiative). We will come together with art supplies (I supply!) in the studio space and create. I will have creative prompts and activities to assist in exercising that artistic muscle through writing and visual applications. If you prefer, you can work on your existing project within the context of a creative community. You can sign up and commit to WAI or Ono Society or you can sign up for both for a weekly commitment for the span of 12 weeks. Creative retreat to follow.
